Really noisy pc

Hello i had my PC for like 3 month and i clean it once a week using an air can and some tissue to remove dust but my PC is becoming really loud for no reason even if i only do minor task like watch YouTube. What can i do to fix this and sorry for my lack of knowledge.

Have you tried setting fan curves in your BIOS?

What are you system specs and temperatures?

i have a ryzen 7 3700x and a gtx 1050 ti with a 600w semi modular power supply a msi b450 pro gaming carbon max wifi and 2x8 GB of corsair veangeance lpx rams and 1tb ssd i did not check the temperatures because I dont know how and i did not touch the bios because i am scared of ruining something.
