Chipmunk/Robotic voice

Hello guys, so sometimes when i plug my headphones to the speakers to talk with my friends on discord (or any platform really xD) they told me that i have this chipmunk voice or i just sound weird like im using clownfish or something. I solved the problem temporarily when i replug the headphones, restart the application that im using such as discord or restart my pc. This is so annoying and i want to solve this permanently. So i hope you can help me with this. Is it a driver problem? Maybe my speakers are bad? I don't really know
