I recently built my first PC in about 10 years. I know that my cooling is currently keeping my CPU plenty cool, but I'm curious whether it's about what I should expect from my setup. Seeing people talk about cooling numbers online and such makes me think that even though it's working fine, maybe it should be lower. But there's tons of conflicting information out there.

Running:

Ryzen 3600

ASROCK 5500XT

ASUS ROG Strix B550-F

Cougar MX-331 Mesh Case (PSU is compartmentalized)

2 120 MM Front Fans (Intake)

2 120 MM Top Fans (Exhaust)

1 120 MM Rear Fan (Exhaust, this a DC fan that came with the case the rest are PWM)

Noctua NH-D15 Black, both fans installed, used a pea-ish sizedd drop of the Noctua paste that came with it.

I'm using the board's built in standard fan curves

My 3600 is using the Ryzen Master Auto OC

When idle my CPU temp will lower to about 37C, and then frequently spike to about 45-47C, I'm guessing because of a combination of the fan curve and a background process? It then lowers back down to 37 over a few seconds, rinse repeat.

Sitting in Cyberpunk my CPU is around 49-50C @ 4250Mhz

Running 3Dmark Firestrike it tops out at 69C during the CPU test.

I haven't done any long running stress tests, just 3Dmark and normal gaming.

I don't have a good way to check my ambient but it's probably around 20-21C on average.

So I know these are perfectly fine and safe temps for my CPU, but considering the mammoth CPU cooler and 5 Fans, do they seem about right?
