Adding additional memory questions

Hi guys,

I currently have 2x4gb ddr4 sticks with 2133mhz and cl14 latency, some hyperx furies. I want to add another 8gigs to improve performance but I cannot find the same kit, only with cl15 latency and some other brand like gskill or patriot. Will it cause any issues?

Also, as I currently have a dual channel kit, will it be better to have another dual channel or can I go with just 1x8gb?

My specs are:

i5-6500

MSI B150M Night Elf

some intel 535 ssd i think

1tb hdd wd blue

r9 380
