i have a question

at my home we have TP-link DECO m4 as our wifi solutions, we have 3 of them one for each floor. The "Main" DECO is in the living room and i have one in my room but when ever i am takeing a speed test to see our wifi speed i am not see the speeds we are paying for, not even close i only see max 200/200 mb/s on a good day but we are paying for 500/500. is this normal?

i am conncted via CAT6 0.5 m

Quite likely.

Getting WiFi to work well in a vertical direction is quite a feat. The antennae are designed for better communication on the horizontal plane. Furthermore, you’re relying on a wireless backhaul to the primary Deco M4 base station which has its own challenges. If all of the satellite units were wired to the base station with ethernet, you’d probably get better speeds. But people don’t generally get mesh systems for this kind of setup anyway.

To the “main” Deco M4 unit or one of the satellite units? In the case of the latter, you’re still connected to the primary Deco M4 base station over mesh WiFi which is going to be subject to the same limitations of WiFi.

to the satellite in my room so the lose in the cable is almost non

i personally just find it wired that we are losing almost 300 mb/s for it to travel lik 3 meters from the main to the satellite in my room

Run the speed test while directly wired into the router/modem/ISP device and when no one else is using your connection.

To give us a better idea of how your network is set up, list all network devices (include make/model) and how they're linked.

Being wired to a satellite doesn't help that much. The satellite still relies on a wireless uplink to the base station or one of the other satellites.

Run a wireless survey using WiFi Analyzer (free on MS Store) and post the channel output from the 'Analyze'page for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
