Weird artifact

So whenever I alt tab this happens and I can't get rid of it unless I close the game completely. And if I open discord or spotify it just gets worse and my whole screen is covered with this.

Im on laptop using gtx 1050 ryzen 7 3750H and 16gb ddr4 ram

It happened before but i could just alt tab to like my second screen and it would be gone, but this time it doesnt get rid of it only just makes it worse, also i can record.

I have figured it out, it happened because my game was set to "borderless" but if i want to stream when i need to alt tab the screen goes black if its on fullscreen. So im guessing no other way around it?
