I have to decide which fans to buy for an open frame with best performance/price ratio. Eventually I set for one of these two options:

- Arctic F12 PWM PST CO - 40€ for 5 pieces

- Arctic P12 PWM PST (not CO) - 28€ for 5 pieces

I'm not sore which one to buy. I know P12 are for static pressure aka move air through radiator/heatsink, but they got slightly higher CFM and lower Amps as well, so I think they may work better even in an open environment. Also, watching some reviews on YouTube, it looks like they are even quieter than the F12 despite running at higher RPMs. Probably they got better optimized being a newer model.

The P12 are generally better in all scenarios. If it's an open frame, mostly what matters is how effective they are on the radiator or heat sink. Go for the P12 PST
