Hi all,

My computer keeps freezing and is making it impossible to game. It happens every 15-30 seconds and lasts about 5 seconds, at which point my fps zeros out and my computer freezes. It keeps happening while I type this :(, and if its any interest, the flashing line in the text box keeps flashing but the computer becomes unresponsive and the game on my other screen freezes. I feel like there must be some program that keeps randomly hogging resources but idk. I am looking mostly for some kind of tool to help me diagnose the issue because this doesn't seem like a problem with a common fix.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600; ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming Mobo; MSI GTX 3070 Ventus 3X GPU; Phanteks AMP750 psu; 32gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200; Samsung 970 Evo Plus boot drive.

Running 2 monitors.

I have attached a screengrab of my task manager a couple seconds after a freeze.\

Help pls.

Probably worth it to check Event Viewer as well.  Maybe update both AMD chipset drivers and nVidia GPU drivers as well.  Who knows, nVidia patches security vulnerabilities and occasional performance fixes all the time and rarely publicizes it aside from fine print in release notes.
