How can you be sure it's was an ESD?

You can read what the warranty covers in the paperwork that came with the motherboard. If you go ahead and claim your warranty, DO NOT tell them you suspect ESD. Just say it wasn't working out of the box.

If it was damaged for any reason that isn't physical breakage (dimm slot busted, pins in the socket bent, etc) then you can have it serviced

Although, it does not hurt to withhold an explanation as to why you think it broke, because what they don't know won't hurt them 😉

As long as you meet their criteria for establishing that the motherboard is definitely the problem

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I'm not really sure It was an ESD..It might be the pci-e slot problem because it won't detect my gpu. After awhile It won't turn on anymore.
