Windows 7 boot error

Hi

A few days ago I wanted to boot up my old pc, to be more precise to try fixing it, he had a problem with GPU, so I threw in another one and it was working perfectly. I was happy until my Windows boot process stuck

When I boot up PC(when I try to boot up PC) Windows starts the animation of making windows logo and frezzes and it restarts itself. After a few tries it show startup repair kit. Repair is useless.

I'm think that motherboard makes issues

Specifications:

Intel Core Duo 2.4GHz

4GB RAM DDR3

ATI Radeon HD4650

Seagate HDD 800GB

PSU 500W

Really sus motherboard
