HDR help

HDR in windows is no longer working.  I have a dell optiplex 9010 with a gt 1030 connected to a RCA Roku smart tv.  It was working but ever since the kids unplugged the computer to connect the Xbox one it will not work.  I have the latest nvidia drivers installed.  If anyone has any idea that would be great.

How is it not working? Is it giving you an error or just not turning on? Does it appear as an option? Etc...

Main Project:

A desk that has a hatch that opens in the middle of it and then goes down flush with the desk.
