Black screen

Today after spending a couple of hours on my pc I decided to clean it. I turned it completely off and made sure there was no power left. I cleaned the dust off of the fans, I decided to plug the pc back In and turn it on because I remembered hearing a buzzing coming from one of the fans. After checking that out and figuring which fan it was I lightly felt the top of my gpu, which I now know not to do while it’s on. But nothing happened so far. I plugged everything back into my pc and turned it on I waited to the lock screen to come on then went to take a shower for about 30 minutes, then coming back to my pc I’m met with a black screen. The monitor is on but it is just black and nothing is happening on the screen even when moving my mouse around, it say it is connected to hdmi 1 which is what I regularly use. I have turned my pc on and off multiple times.
