Need help, never had this issue before?!

Hello everyone, and thanks for taking the time to help me resolve this.

The first issue im currently facing, is when i boot my computer, gives me this messgage " All setting have been reset to default values" no idea why it does this every time now

The second issue which im also totally cluesless is that, i recent added a 2nd monitor to my pc via integrated graphics, and my audio for some reasons sounds softer than before. and i had set it to the maximum volume of 100 and its still softer than before.

First issue - you most likely have a dead CMOS battery. Unless you have a really old or proprietary motherboard, it will be a CR2032 battery. Very cheap and easily available.
