Issues With RealTek Audio Console

I've been trying to open up the program but it can't connect to RPC service. Looking around, it seems that I need to uninstall all the current drivers and reinstall them. I thought I uninstalled them, but when I try to reinstall I get an error. I don't see any Realtek drivers in my device manager so I'm not sure what to do.
