Hello today i installed new pair of RAMs its another FQ than the rams before so i was little bit worried. When i started the pc first time after i installed the ram i saw it was 32 GB ram but 16 GB reserved so i tried that again moved rams to another slots and check if its inserted properly. Now its showing 32 gb ram but 830 M resrever is that standart? And yes i tried in ms config to uncheck maximum memory.
Thanks for the help i tried googling but i am clueless.

Depends, what is the computer and what are the specs. If it is a laptop with integrated graphics usually some amount of memory is reserved for the iGPU. That amount may or may not be configurable in the BIOS.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 - 3900x @ 4.4GHz with a Custom Loop | MBO: ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme | RAM: 4x4GB Apacer 2666MHz overclocked to 3933MHz with OCZ Reaper HPC Heatsinks | GPU: PowerColor Red Devil 6900XT | SSDs: Intel 660P 512GB SSD and Intel 660P 1TB SSD | HDD: 2x WD Black 6TB and Seagate Backup Plus 8TB External Drive | PSU: Corsair RM1000i | Case: Cooler Master C700P Black Edition | Build Log: here

830 megabytes reserved is normal. 16gb reserved is not. I think you got the correct slots in the 830 reserved.
