No it will be fully compatible. You don't need to worry about drawing too much power, both components are pretty light when it comes to power draw.

please move if this is in the wrong section.

 

i have an old asus desktop and its not great but its also not bad (imo), not looking to do anything crazy. but, im thinking about adding an rx 550 4gb gpu to it and was wondering if im gonna have any issues with compatibility. it has a 450w psu. wont be doing any heavy gaming, just warframe and maybe gta 5.

 

probably about 6 hours of use everyday.

 

256gb ssd

27 inch 1080p monitor

generic optical drive

16gbs ram ddr3 1666

450w psu

amd a10 6700 apu

What storage you have? Could you provide more information about your PC? Optical drives?  Monitor size (inches)  How much you use your PC in 1 day?(how much hours)

The more I learn, the more I realise I don't actually know anything. 

 

Recommendations: Lian Li 205m (sleek, pretty decent airflow for a non-mesh front panel and cheap), i5-10400f (Ryzen 5 3600 performance, 20% cheaper), Arctic P14 PWM fans, Logitech g305.
