GPU lag spikes

hey so I have a frame drop problem in games and I think I discovered why

 

 

 

 

 

this is my GPU usage graph

which goes to 100% while playing Star Wars Squadrons and then dips down then back to a 100% and the whole game frame drops and starts lagging and also a latency monitor result after playing the game(edited)

so what do you make out of that? it told me to disable cpu throttling but my GPU is actually throttling not the cpu so I don't know any ideas?

what are temps?

I think as I was looking at the graph while playing it was around 70 something degrees celsius for the GPU I don't know about the CPU

Actually just checked while playing GPU temps go to 80 81 degrees and CPU usage also spikes up to 100% at times

Try to undervolt cpu with Intel XTU(also you can try to longer your boost duration and allow more wats for turbo) and a little bit oc GPU with msi afterburner

Intel XTU says it's unsupported platform I don't think my cpu supports tuning. Also I might try overclocking the GPU with MSI afterburner but I haven't done that before and I know it's risky so I am not sure about it. Isn't it dangerous for the GPU?
