My computer tripped the breaker and popped 3 times before doing so and I'm pretty sure the power supply went out and was wondering if I should worry about the other equipment in the computer it

You may have a grounding issue. I'd personally worry a bit about the other components on the PC.

happened to me, i had 1 really good pop once i turned my computer on and it started smoking from the PSU.. found out my GPU, motherboard and CPU were all fried.. only the fans, accessories and hard drives worked.. i would worry, because any sound isn't good, if its coming from a PC.

 

Edit: the PSU was a 500W from CoolerMaster (i dont remember the exact model, but it was an older PSU), which was very used, and it happened 3 years ago.. (i know that no one asked, but i thought i'd share my story)

it is definitely possible other components were damaged if it was the power supply that failed. I have seen it happen on more than one occasion.
