Random Black screen and rebooting computer

Good Morning,

i have an problem after i did an upgrade on my computer.( new cpu, mb, ram).
At a few times my computer random rebooted . ex. when i visit the internet pages it just shut down.
Strange thing is that it dosnt do it when i for an exemple is gaming. but almost every time** when im on the web.

I did check my PSU so the fan was spinning and it was, i cleaned the computer. But it still occur.

Someone know what the problem can be?

Outdated drivers could be causing the issue or it could even be your browser but it is pretty unusual

Can you provide more details on your computer components? (CPU, RAM, Motherboard etc.)?

MB=Gigabyte z390 gaming X, RAM of 2 x 8gb ddr4 2666mhz, CPU= i7 9700k. PSU= corsair CX750M

CPU temp (standby)  +/- = 36´C, CPU temp (word etc, internet) +/- =38´C, CPU temp (gaming, diablo3 exemple.) +/- =45´C

Can you please follow this procedure to see if you are getting blue screen?
