i7 10700k = $362 

Scythe Fuma 2 = $55

Z590 Aorus Pro Ax = $333

(2x16gb) Xpg Spectrix D60g 3200mhz = $172

RTX 3060 Ti = $ unknown 

Sx8200 Pro 1Tb = $124

Cooler master v750 gold v2 = $112

Phanteks P360A = $76

Total = $1234

 

i9 10850k is $398 and need a better cooler. Should or shouldn't?

Depends if you need the extra cores & threads. I'd say just stick with the i7.

I'd change your RAM to a cheaper option. 2666MHz is already good enough for Intel, since higher memory speeds don't benefit Intel chips as much as they do for AMD Ryzen chips.

Switch your SSD to a WD Blue SN550 1TB. The controller and NAND in the SX8200 SSD you listed was recently switched to some slower option.

Get a Corsair RM750 PSU. It should be cheaper and perform the same with the PSU you listed.

 

Everything else looks good for me.

I would wait for the 11th gen to see how it stacks up. Also you will get pcie 4.0 with Z590 and 11th gen cpu.
