4 monitors, same size, different resolution. Windows 10 Program

There is a program that I am looking for that I had around a year ago.

All 4 of my monitors are 27in, but the two on the side are 1080p 144hz, the main one is 1440p 165hz, and the top one is 4k 60hz

This program in windows 10 made it to where my cursor could move between screens seamlessly, instead of the mess that Windows 10 try's to pull

Does anyone know the program I am talking about?

Spoiler

What do you mean by seamlessly here? The different resolution means that cursor will be different size in monitors. There will be jumps, or there will be places it can't enter.
