Random app crashes

Hey guys just having some issues with my pc and it keeps closing apps after I open them, you can roast me after it’s fixed as much as you’d like. So for some examples I open snipping tool automatically close event viewer same thing, open Valheim closes but I open D2 and it works no problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How much ram do you have?
