Xeon Processor Upgrade

Imma make a Frankenstein, I need your suggestions.

Thinking of upgrading to Xeon, using a Socket 771 to 775 adapter sticker, the processor will be a INTEL XEON QUAD CORE PROCESSOR X5355 2.66GHZ SLAC4 and slap it onto my Gigabyte G31M-ES2L for the gpu it will be a 750 Ti from the cheapest manufacturer i can get >.>

You guys are probably asking Why: Im broke and desperate.

There, any suggestions, stop signs, police, and warrants?

i know im going to get hate for this from the 775 fanboys but dont go with 775. the cpus are outdated the arc texture of the cpus poor now and wont be able to preform well in any games sadly. how able going with a cheap am3 motherboard and cpu?
