Powershell on startup

when i turn on my dekstop, 2 powershell windows pp up and then go after about 30 seconds

i have disabled it on startup but it still happens

 

why is this?

Likely some statup app running a script

Yeah, something you have set to run at startup is running a script. 

 

Task Manager > Startup Tab

 

Look through what's enabled and disable anything you don't want/need starting at boot.
