The best options for you would be to get at least 3000mhz or higher frequency ram. Do you want RGB as well?

Some of your options of the best possible ram are:

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB 3200mhz

G.Skill TridentZ RGB 16GB 3200mhz or higher

G.Skill TridentZ Neo 16GB 3200mhz or higher

Also to consider:

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200mhz

G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 3200mhz

Ok and is it worth the price difference between 3200mhz and 3600mhz?

Depends on your location and your budget. Are you in USA? How much is the price difference in general?

With more megahertz you gain a bit of performance, maybe a few fps, but barely noticable.

Personally from the list I would go for any of the TridentZ series. I believe they use Samsung B-die chips which are very reliable.
