Brand new pc does not power on

MOSFEET

Hi,
I built a new pc today: DDR4 3200mhz, i9 10850k, z490 TUF gaming plus
After installing windows OS, I found out my CPU was stuck at 0.8GHz.
I thought it could be some issue with drivers so I downloaded random software to download all the drivers.

After launching a program ( afair it was ITL Driver Updater ) my screen started blinking and freezing, I couldn't really do anything ( couldn't use keyboard or mice ) so I powered off the pc.
After that PC started to reset trying to boot windows.

I moved to UEFI and changed ez-profile to extreme tunning and enabled XMP and the CPU finally started to work at 3.6GHz (what it's supposed to do)
PC restarted itself few times trying to boot windows and then shut down.

I can't power on PC since it.
PSU still works, I tried to clear CMOS with and without plugged power but it didn't seem to work.
I can hear a single click trying to power the PC.
Fans do not move at all. All mobo's LEDs are shining (RGB).
There's only that 1 click, coming from PSU...
Moving RAM sticks around didn't help either.
Nor unplugging all headers.

I also took off the battery till morning.

Any Ideas what might be wrong with it?
