I highly doubt this is the correct location for this, but no one has been able to help me anywhere I asked so this is a last resort. I've been getting a lot of errors in many programs lately, I believe they all relate to my gpu.

OBS encoder has been crashing with this log:

I also play VALORANT, and it has been crashing as well.

And finally I was able to open an issue in Visual Studio (not sure if any of these are related) which gives me this error: "Exception thrown at 0x00007FFC4AEE2F06 (WindowManagementAPI.dll) in : 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000000000000130." I've tried running things as an admin, this didn't fix it either.

List of things I've tried:

- Updating graphics drivers

- Reinstalling graphics drivers

- Restarting the computer

- Reseating the graphics card

- Overclocking, Underclocking, Factory Resetting and Undervolting the graphics card

- Scanning for viruses/malware

- Booting into safe mode

I feel like I'm out of options at this point, can anyone help me or is my graphics card just broken?
