PC booted but stuck at the booted screen

Pigeon_31

I just installed a new i9 9900k into my pc and it recognized it in the Bios, I left the bios and everything looked good until my screen froze at the boot up screen. What is the safest way to get out of it or turn it off. Would it be safe to just unplug it because windows hasn’t actually started yet? I have tried using the power button too.

The only way (that I know of) to get out of a frozen boot is to unplug the power and and plugging it back in. Then try starting the PC again.

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)
