Problems with new pc

Hi, I build new pc: RTX 3060, Msi Mag Tomahawk B550, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Ram 16gb 3600mhz, 750W power supply unit.

Everything is going okay, but when I want to play pc game I have 1FPS. I installed all drivers but I have not activated Windows. I have bios version 7C91vA5. Does anyone know what's wrong with my PC?
