grounding?

Not really. You can technically can get your motherboard to work mid air without any grounds. PSU supplies ground, 12V, and 3.3v.

Motherboard won't post. Tested psu indepentently, fan spins up, but when plugged into motherboard no PSU fan, no fans on VGA card, no iGPU output, you get the point. but the green light on the mobo is on...? does it need to be grounded to a case to work?
