Not full internet speed

Hi, i just bumped up my internet speed to 100mb/s download and 20mb/s upload, and on online speedtests it shows that same speed. But i have a problem when downloading from Steam, download speed is stuck on 11,12mb/s and it doesnt go higher. I changed download regions, cleared cache but no changes? Anyone know what should i do?

100Mbit = 100/8 MB

Speedtests are quoted in Mbps. 

Downloads through Steam and the likes default to MBps. 

 

100Mbps = 12.5MBps

As others have said, 100Mbps = 12.5MBps (the capital B matters)

 

Don't feel bad, this is done intentionally by ISPs to make people think they are getting way more than they actually are.

11,12MB/s=88,96 Mbit/s. Pretty fine for a 100 Mbit/s DSL connection.
