So when I am playing games sometimes my audio would freeze then my screen and then my PC would restart. 

What is that my CPU or GPU ? I have a gtx 970 and an i7 9700k

Do you have any BSOD errors? Is anything overclocked? What percent usage do you see on both?

I am not overclocking my temps are are low usage on gpu is around 100% and on my cpu around 20-40% i have never gotten a BSOD.
