I recommend something like this:
i5-10400F + ASRock B460M Pro 4 or Ryzen 5 3600 + MSI B550-A PRO

16GB DDR4 3200 (Cheapest stick with decent brand & warranty)

240GB SSD + 1TB HDD

A case you like

550W PSU from a decent brand like Corsair or Be Quiet!

Your old 1050 TI

 

I know I didn't include a GPU, but trust me, you aren't going to get better than the current 1050 TI for this price at the moment.
