MAGFAST battery

I just saw an Ad on youtube for a batterypack. It seemed fairly average beyond its 3 Qi chargers, 500 AMP, and a price tag of $250. Towards the end of the Ad it stated that it could jumpstart your car. After that claim, it stated it could jumpstart two dozen of your friends cars. Is this typical of high end battery? Is this something special? Should I upgrade my phone's spare battery pack? It just seems wild to me. Also this is my first post. I don't know if we are allowed external links but they have a website and youtube channel.

If it can supply the current then sure. Starting a car will be a massive burst but it isn't for very long

IMO you're way better off just sticking to a simple battery bank for back-up phone power. Add a cheap Qi charger if you want that. Then get a decent jump pack for your car if you need that. All those separate will still come in less than $250.

 

From the lack of detailed spec and the wording on the product page it really feels to me like a product that's trying to do too many things at once and will end up not executing any of them particularly well. Especially for the price.
