very small matx case with gpu riser

hi guys, does this exists ? a pc case that can :

1) fit full sized psu

2) mid size gpu (around 27-28cm)

3) just enough space for 2 or 3 sata ssd

4) no need wasted space for internal HDD/Optical drives

 

I see plenty "small" matx case with large spaces for internal 5.25" disks, which makes it unnecessary big-ish

They have lots of niche smaller cases listed there. Plus you can search by motherboard and psu form factors. You'll just have to use your eyes for your other stipulations
