Acer Predator weird blue lines + Nvidia 1070 Fail.

Hi there. I bought an Ebay's special second hand laptop thinking it'd be alright but there appear to be blue lines all across the screen if the screen is dark in any way. (The darker the more visible the lines are) 
There is also apparently a 1070 in this but task manager doesn't pick it up and it appears to have a driver issue im not sure or display issue
