My display flickers in certain applications and certain scenarios only on my main monitor. For example, when I'm on Chrome or a Zoom call that specific application will constantly flicker while the rest of the screen being completely fine. When that same application is on my second monitor there is no flickering. When I put in my old 1050 Ti into my system and ran the same applications there was no flickering whatsoever. I know it's not my monitor because of testing on my old GPU and running my monitor on another computer. I reseated my GPU, ran no OC and came to the the conclusion that I had a faulty GPU. After I RMA'd my GPU through EVGA and received a new GPU it had the same flickering and I am completely stumped on what I can do to fix this. The flickering is ridiculous and this doesn't in any games either. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? Below is a video example of what is happening.
