Location based search results

Is there a way to disable google from giving search results based on my location? i'm doing some research for school, and i keep getting results from unis in my country, and i dont want that,i tried to disable it in the account settings, but i still get the same results regardless, it still says "Algeria" in the bottom left, and i still get results with my a .dz link from unis in my country, and its kinda annoying

Change your system language, your location in OS and also use a VPN. Some websites for some reason use keyboard layout for identifying for language too.
