Loop hose and fitting help.

Hey guys I just put together my first custom watercooling loop. I didn't have a proper tube cutter and everything started taking a long time. I only ordered standard straight fittings to start. I am looking for advice on hose placement/ direction with possible 90 degree fittings or other fittings to make it a little cleaner.  Also I thought I rinsed everything out pretty well but I already see something in my waterblock.
