ASUS Flashback

I'm trying to use the asus flashback because my mobo went into a bootloop after updating to the latest version. Will blink 3 times then turns solid. 

 

It's usb 2.0 for compatibility. The bios name has been changed to RSB550F.CAP per the manual and website. It is the correct download. The usb is formatted to MBR and Fat32.

 

I've read and reread the manual multiple times. And other forums multiple times

 

Cpu, gpu, ram are all disconnected. I've been tryna fix this for 24 hours. Please help.
