PC lower than expected

I watched benchmarks of games I play with similar specs but they always get higher framerates than me. Like in apex i get around 60-80 with dips to 40 while the benchmark i watch never drops to 100(same settings of course) 
I own a ryzen 3 2200g Powercolor Rx570 HyperX 16gb 3200 dual channel but i have an unrated PSU and bad airflow pc case. could these 2 things be affecting my pc performance alot?

Cpu temp max 89c 100% load
GPU temp 70c 100% load
