No POST beep, random restarts & POST codes.

I recently got a Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD and installed it (admittidly rushing), once it was installed, I grabbed my Kubuntu 20.04 installation disk and put it in, and fired up the machine.

 

In my excitement, I didn't notice the odd state the system was in. It did the following:

CC, C2, C4, C5, C2, C4, 4C (POST code)

Fan RGB stops

HDD power drops

System resets

 

My specs:
Intel i7-8700 (Tried reseating)

RTX 2060 + GTX 1650 + GTX 1050Ti (I played around with swapping these and even removed them, no luck)

WD Blue 1TB (Unplugged as I feared I would lose data)

Aorus Z390 MASTER

16GB of Balistix Sport RAM

 

I've tried:
Reseating my RAM

Swapping RAM slots

Removing the SSD

Removing the HDD

Swapping GPUs

Removing my GPU

Reconnecting my motherboard

Reconnecting my SSD

Removing 1 RAM stick

Removing the other RAM stick and putting the other one in

 

Can anyone help? Thanks.
