Will keep that in mind. But with the 2 I gave which one would be better?

The Vulcan is probably slightly better, but I still wouldn't recommend either. If you're buying it used, and that's the reason why you're going between those two, it's not worth going used. Besides, Teamgroup is a mid-tier SSD manufacturer at best, and for basically the same price you can get a Samsung 860 EVO, one of the most reliable and quickest SATA drives on the market, get that instead.

This is like going buying stale bread at 5% off the sticker price and asking which loaf has less mould on the top. You really should consider other options. Samsung makes excellent drives and they generally aren’t very expensive.

I would stay away from QLC type flash as it is not only slower, but also much less reliable. Here are my two recommended drives:
