The Vulcan is probably slightly better, but I still wouldn't recommend either. If you're buying it used, and that's the reason why you're going between those two, it's not worth going used. Besides, Teamgroup is a mid-tier SSD manufacturer at best, and for basically the same price you can get a Samsung 860 EVO, one of the most reliable and quickest SATA drives on the market, get that instead.
