Rgb not working

Hi i have a asus z270-a mobo and my case is a corsair spec delta rgb the problem here is that the fan are spinning but no rgb, the 4pin is on the 12V rgb header and the fan are connected to a corsair commander pro, i have my motherboard in icue but it say it has no setting and on aura sync the fan are not here i tried to control rgb with the commander but rgb is not working.

Aura is for when fans are connected directly to mobo. Corsair iCue is not directly compatible with mobo software/headers. Is commander connected with USB? And if yes, be sure to select devices from some menu (I don't own any Corsair stuff, but this has been noted to be something people forget to do).

As I said, I don't own anything Corsair, but those dropdown menus have been noted to be issue in some cases.
