Budget (including currency): 500-700$ USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Planning to make a home server to be used for Pihole blocking and NAS/Local computer backups. Max 6 clients for NAS/backups, up to 20+ for Pihole. Will slowly be adding to the storage capability over the next few years

Other details:

I'm reusing a lot of parts from the PC I had before my current system.

Existing hardware:

 - AMD FX 8150

 - Gigabyte M5A99FX Pro R2.0

 - 16GB 3200mhz  ram

 - Corsair Hydro H105 240mm AIO cooler

 - Several varying size HDDs (1tb -3tb) all seagate barracudas

 - 850watt corsair RM 850X PSU (willing to buy new if it doesn't fit)

I'm looking to put this in a standard 19inch wide 4U server chassis.

the chassis would need the following:

 - room for 4 3.5" hotswap bays with trays

 - room for a single 120mm x 240mm radiator. CPU is water cooled and i don't want to have to buy a new cooler if necessary

 - If possible i would like chassis to be under 25 inches long (Mainly to be able to fit smaller racks)

Been bouncing between istarUSA D-400L-7 and Rosewill RSV-4310L, willing to look into other options

I also need recommendations for small 4U or 6U racks to hold the above mentioned chassis. Wall mount is possible but floor/standing/rolling is preferred.

Thanks in advance!
