I have rtx 2060, i7 10700 and 16 gb ram

I have been playing League of legends (240 to 390 fps) and Cs go (280 to 400 fps) on 1920 x 1080, 60 fps tv. I want to buy a gaming monitor and i would like it to be 1440p, 144+ hz with g-sync. The question i have is, is my pc powerfull enough to pull these games 1440p 144hz, or should i go for cheaper 60 fps monitor? I don't want to waste money on a monitor, if my pc can't use its full potential.
