hey guys, I got a pair of 3 tb hdd in raid 1 but i’m changing MB to a b450 that doesn’t support Raid. Can I just plus a hdd in the nee mobo and get back all my data or is there a trick I should know?

You'll need to copy away the data from the RAID array, then format each drive separately, and repopulate. Outside of a RAID setup, and probably outside of that installation, your RAID array will be useless.
