I've linked a Logitech G213 keyboard(it's membrane), and a HyperX mouse. Total is under 150 usd. I've seen many reviews of people having double click issues with lower end logitech mouse, even though I don't have personal experience with them.

Double click issue happens more on the 50M click omron switches than with any other kind of switches in the logitech mouse ... those are usually present in the high end mouse ...

 

My pick for a mouse would be the g305, not expensive, well built, good sensor, wireless, possible to lower the weight, about the same shape as the g pro for less money ... wireless.
