CS:GO CPU Clockspeed Problem

Hello,

in Csgo my CPU Clockspeed drops on certain maps at some certain places from 3.600 mhz to under 1.500 mhz so i get massiv frame drops from 400fps to 40-70fps~. I tried reinstalling windows and csgo tried it on my hdd and ssd.
I read some people said its "heat throttling" but my temperature on my cpu doesnt really changes it stays at around 50 degrees celsius.
if more information is needed just ask

MSI B450-A PRO motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Intel 660p NVMe PCIe M.2 512GB
G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3000 C16 2x8GB

edit1:tried updating bios but still didnt fixed it

What are you reading the CPU temp with?

What are you reading the CPU temp with?

AMD Ryzen Master for temp reading        

Dust 2 and Cache are the worst ones
