Hackintosh (Ryzen) sctratchy audio

Hello,

 

yesterday I installed macOS Catalina on my Ryzen machine.

 

Like my previous installation that I made one year ago, I had and have audio problems.

 

The audio output is very scratchy even though I am using an USB mixer. I tried it with my onboard headphone jack, the USB mixer and a bluetooth headphone.

 

The audio is not as scratchy as it was before. In 80% I can hear everything clearly but in the 20% I have these scratchy output.

 

 

What can I do against it?
